This Privacy Policy applies to the FluentChat browser extension and WAP Plus CRM desktop application. Both products are built on our core philosophy: "Minimum Necessary Data Collection and Local-First Architecture."

1. General Data Handling

We only process necessary diagnostic feedback, support requests, and license validation data that you directly provide to us. We never sell personal information to third parties, and your data is never monetized for advertising.

2. FluentChat Browser Extension Scope

FluentChat operates strictly within the official WhatsApp Web tab. When you trigger AI translation or voice transcription, only the active message snippet is securely transmitted over TLS to your chosen translation endpoint. No passive surveillance occurs.

3. WAP Plus CRM Local-First Architecture

WAP Plus CRM stores contacts, conversation logs, customer stages, and notes exclusively inside your local SQLite database on your personal computer. We do not provide or mandate cloud synchronization, preventing corporate data exposure.

4. Rights and Inquiries
